Before you hire more people, there's another way.

Fulkro is a digital transformation consultancy: we organize what you already have and put it to work with AI, so one person can do the work of a team.

Our team is in Bogotá and Berlin, and we work with companies in any country.

Companies and businesses that want to grow with the same team

A client messages you on WhatsApp or through your website and nobody replies in time. By then, they've already messaged someone else. The business's information is scattered across emails, chats and files. And the team repeats the same tasks by hand every day.

  • Accounting

Clients message you on WhatsApp at all hours, often with the same question. The assistant answers the usual questions with your information.

  • Law

Every inquiry needs care, and answering well takes time. The assistant replies with your practice's information and hands the conversation to a lawyer.

  • Architecture and interior design

Every project is worth a lot, so every unanswered inquiry costs you. A digital storefront with your portfolio, an assistant that books the site visit, and follow-up on every lead.

  • Tourism and direct bookings

Booking requests don't wait until Monday. Guests message you from your website; the assistant answers, guides them and hands the booking to your team.

  • Family businesses

The next generation wants to grow, and the company's knowledge sits with the founders. We organize it first, so it doesn't depend on one person.

  • Entrepreneurs and other businesses

Whether you sell products or services, if you can't keep up with the requests coming in or everything depends on you, let's talk.

What we set up, in four parts

More clients won't fix a disorganized business. That's why the first step isn't technology.

  • Digital storefront

Your website, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and WhatsApp, linked to each other, so anyone looking for you finds a credible business and knows how to reach you.

  • AI assistant

Replies on your WhatsApp and website at any hour: handles the usual questions, asks what it needs to, and hands your team the leads worth following up.

  • Company brain

Your business's memory in one place (services, processes, documents and frequently asked questions). That is where the assistant gets its answers.

  • Your team, with AI

We set up an AI tool with your business's information and teach your team to use it to prepare meetings, organize client information and get work done.

The four parts form the base. Anything special, like online payments or integrations, is custom.

A new client's journey

  1. Search

A client recommends you, or someone searches on Google or asks an AI.

  2. Storefront

Your client finds your website and social media, looks at your work and messages you on WhatsApp or by email.

  3. Reply

The assistant answers your WhatsApp at any hour, drawing on your company brain: your services and your FAQs.

  4. Scheduling

The assistant offers times and confirms the meeting on your calendar.

  5. Meeting

You take the meeting. Your team prepares it with AI and the full conversation.

  6. Follow-up

Your team sees the follow-up on every lead and knows where each one stands.

This is how your business would work with our AI assistant. Example: an accounting office.

Accounting officeIts assistant replies

  1. Good evening. We run a food distribution company and need accounting and payroll support.
  2. Good evening, happy to help. We work with food companies. What's the most urgent thing you need help with?
  3. We got a tax notice and our accountant just left. We have until the end of the month.
  4. I understand. A tax notice with no accountant is a lot to carry. Would Tuesday at 9:00 AM or 11:00 AM work to go over it with our team?
  5. Tuesday at 9:00. There are 25 of us, and I'm doing payroll myself in Excel. That's why I'm writing at this hour.
  6. Great, we're set for Tuesday at 9:00 AM. I'm passing everything you've told me to the team right now.

What about your clients' information?

There's no single answer: it depends on how sensitive your business's information is.

If your business handles sensitive information

Only what you decide goes into the assistant

For law and accounting practices and other businesses bound by professional confidentiality. Your clients' files and figures only go into the assistant if you want them to.

If the information isn't sensitive

The assistant answers with your information

For tourism, retail, architecture and other businesses with no confidentiality obligations. The assistant answers using your services, your portfolio and your FAQs.

We build and configure with the permissions your business gives us.

Assessment first, then a tailored proposal

First, the assessment

In the first 20-minute conversation, we don't try to sell you anything: we ask how you sell today, where your clients come from and what takes up most of your time. That shows us where to support you: what's worth setting up and what isn't.

Then, a tailored proposal

In the second meeting, we present the proposal: what we'll set up, in what order, timeline and price. We leave it up and running and stay with you after delivery.

As a complementary service, once the base is in place, we help you get clients.

What AI can do

  • Answer the first inquiry
  • Book the meeting
  • Log every contact
  • Prepare the meeting

What your current software already handles

  • Invoicing
  • Bookkeeping

What stays in people's hands

  • Taking the meeting
  • Making professional judgment calls

Real cases

Real situations from businesses we've sat down with. No names: where the load is and where the fulcrum goes.

An independent accountant

The load:
she's after mid-sized companies ready to get organized and grow, but clients only find her by word of mouth. In tax season, everything comes in over WhatsApp and her phone can't keep up.
The fulcrum:
a digital storefront so those companies can find her, with a new WhatsApp line for the business and an assistant to handle the basics and book the appointment. And a folder for each client with its history and to-dos, for everyday work.

A vacation rental agency

The load:
every Booking.com reservation is handled by hand, one at a time. Check dates, send photos, check with the owner on several of the apartments, collect the deposit. On Saturday nights and Sundays, there's no one to answer.
The fulcrum:
a WhatsApp assistant to answer at any hour, with the photos, prices and availability of every apartment. And to send the deposit payment link, with the money going straight into the business's own account, and hand the conversation to the team when the owner or a person is needed.

An accounting office

The load:
clients come by word of mouth, through one partner's track record. Another partner tried to run social media himself, between filings and paperwork, and video editing kept eating into his client work.
The fulcrum:
a website on their own domain and an assistant to answer WhatsApp and the website around the clock and book the appointment. And, for operations, a dashboard with client files and alerts for tax and labor deadlines.

An architecture and interior design studio

The load:
every project comes by word of mouth, and not every project fits: the studio only takes on projects above a certain size.
The fulcrum:
a digital storefront with its curated portfolio, and an assistant on WhatsApp and the website to ask about area, location and budget before booking the meeting on the architect's calendar.

What business owners ask first

Is this marketing?

It's not where we start: more clients don't fix a disorganized business. First we organize how your business serves its clients. Once that base is in place, we also help you get clients as a separate service: ads on Google or Meta, which you pay directly to the platform, or we go out and find them with you. We don't sell followers.

Do I need to know about technology?

No. We set it up and teach your team to use it.

What if my clients would rather talk to a person?

Your team can take over any conversation at any time. The assistant handles the usual questions and passes anything that needs judgment to a person.

Does this replace my team?

No. It's the fulcrum: your current team lifts more. AI takes on the repetitive work; decisions, meetings and judgment stay with your people.

What if the assistant gets an answer wrong?

Before we open it, we test it with you using real questions from your clients. It only answers with your business's information, and anything that needs judgment goes to your team.

Do you work outside Colombia?

Yes. We can work with businesses in any country, in English or Spanish, and meet by video call.

How much does it cost?

It depends on what your business needs. Price and timeline come in writing with the proposal at the second meeting. We don't publish them here.

Let's find your point of leverage

The name comes from fulcro, Spanish for fulcrum: the point that multiplies a lever's force. We don't change your team. We find where it needs support.

Tell us what your business does and what you want to improve. If it's a fit, we'll set up the first conversation.
